Quality healthcare goes well beyond the hospital room. At Tuality Healthcare, we offer a variety of special services for patients to ensure well-being from many perspectives.
Food and Nutrition Services
Eating the right foods isn’t always easy to do. When your health requires you to pay close attention to your diet, Tuality’s registered dietitians from our Food and Nutrition Services department can help you get on the path to healthy eating habits. If you are overweight, underweight, pregnant, or a new mother, or if you suffer from hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, cancer, or gastrointestinal disorders, your doctor may put you on a special diet and refer you to outpatient diet counseling. Our dietitians can help you set up a plan in accordance with your doctor’s orders, and help support your efforts toward more healthful eating.

Sleep Center
Under the medical supervision of Tuality pulmonary-medicine physician specialists, our sleep lab at Tuality Forest Grove Hospital evaluates up to 35 patients a month for a variety of conditions. Our team works to ensure that patients feel comfortable during the overnight session, and that they receive follow-up education and support afterward.
For more information call 503-681-1026.
Case Management and Social Work
In the event of a hospital stay, an important step in your time with us is to meet with a Case Management Resources representative. The case manager or social worker’s sole purpose is to ensure that everything goes smoothly for you before and after you leave the hospital. They help patients and their families make arrangements related to the patient’s recovery period, financial situation, or post-hospital care. They can schedule transportation to other healthcare facilities such as nursing homes, adult foster homes, or short-term respite care facilities. They can also help set up visits from home health nurses, therapists, (see Tuality Home Health) hospice volunteers, durable medical equipment (see Tuality Medical Equipment & Supply,) or other community services.
Planning ahead is the key, and we can help make sure that you leave the hospital feeling positive and comfortable with what lies ahead.
For more information call 503-681-1111 and ask the operator to page a case manager.
Chaplain & Chapel
A Tuality Chaplain is available to serve you and your family at any hour of the day or night. At your request, he also will contact your pastor, priest, rabbi or other religious representative. In addition, our Chapel door is always open if you’re looking for a sanctuary away from the mainstream of hospital activity. Both the Chapel and the Chaplain’s office are located on the Tuality Community Hospital first floor near the main elevators.
